Iskra Avtoelektrika manufactures complex cold extrusion products with great precision. In order to achieve this precision, IPU has investigated the quality of the 1,000 metric ton presses that are used. A brand new press test has been developed for this purpose, during which a load of up to 50 metric tons horizontally and 1,000 metric tons vertically is placed on the press. Fitted moments that are approximately 1,000,000 Nm in size can be added.
