»Development of the new products is an essential factor for our ability to compete. And it is just as important for us to be able to improve our existing range of products.

When we saw a possibility for creating an improvement in one of our main products, we chose a project leader from IPU. We could not see any possibility of releasing one of our own project leaders at short notice, and we wanted to exploit an external project leader's ability to get things going, undisturbed by ongoing internal tasks within the company. At the same time, it was of crucial importance that the project should exploit our own staff's knowledge of the users, the product and the process.

The project has run well. It reached its conclusion to the deadline fixed at the start of the project. The project group, the managing group, and the subcontractors have all had the experince of clear and visible leadership«
