Bike 2.0 is a contemporary remake of the best ever personal transportation, the bicycle.

It gives you uncomplicated great technology at your fingertips (toe-tips). Whether you use it as a substitute for a normal bike, without battery, but with the chain-less transmission, or as a substitute for a far more polluting vehicle, with the supportive battery, it will bring you around in a subtle yet cool manner.

The design is meant to be contemporary in aesthetics and ethics, a symbiosis of form and technology, modern and historical, Bike 2.0 will use standard wheel and forks, because it just makes sense, but this also gives you the possibility to personalize your Bike 2.0.

The user interface is two turning rings, one for gearing and one for energy supply, the latter being temporary without the battery and constant with it, made possible by the always present supercapacitor.

The concept study is created between InodaSveje and IPU and is expected to go several phases of product developement before being put in production.
