As a collaborative effort between IPU and a number of large Danish companies, a systematic methodology has been developed, which supports the preliminary concept development process in interdisciplinary projects.

The methodology has also proven to be appropriate when members of the group do not have any technical training.

IPU’s close ties with the Department of Mechanical Engineering ensure that all relevant aspects, e.g. market conditions, are included in the earliest stages of product development.
