The Nanogripper project is focussing on the industrialisation of the micromachined thermal driven grippers for nanomanipulation developed at DTU Nanotech. IPU is supporting small sample production and distribution of those. Furthermore customer specific design based on the developed process sequence is offered. IPU can also offer design optimisation, prototype production at DTU Danchip or process transfer to large scale MEMS foundries.
