IPU is an independent consulting engineering firm. IPU was established as an independent non-profit institution in 1956 by 4 professors at DTU. Over the years IPU has donated for more than 130 million DKK in gifts to DTU, supporting technology research and linking DTU researchers with industry.
About 70% of our activities are consulting jobs for industry, and approx. 30% of our activities are research projects with DTU and other international research partners.
