Pack Calculation Pro needs to be activated with a license key. The available features depend on your license type – personal, educational or professional.

Commercial use

For standard usage, a professional license is needed, giving access to the full feature set. This is a subscription product, renewed every 12 months.

Purchasing options:

  • Please note that the product list prices are in EUR.
    • When choosing other billing currencies than EUR, MyCommerce may add a fee for the currency exchange. Often you can get a better deal by paying in EUR, in which case the daily exchange rate determined by your credit card provider / bank applies.
  • Payment methods will be presented during the ordering process. Availability depending on currency/billing country:
    • Credit card, PayPal, bank (wire) transfer, purchase order.
  • You can generate a quote before purchasing, by selecting the “Request Quote” option.

You can cancel a running subscription by clicking the cancel link in the order confirmation e-mail, by contacting MyCommerce shopper support, or by contacting IPU software support. German users can also cancel their subscription using this form at MyCommerce Share-It.

Educational use

We also offer an educational license with 6 months validity, and no automatic renewal. This license offers the same features as professional, but reports are watermarked, and commercial use is not allowed.

  • Please contact us at ipu.freshdesk.com in good time before needing the license, so we can assist you getting the right license on time.
• If you are a student and should use Pack Calculation Pro in your classroom, ask your teacher to provide you the classroom license.

Personal use

The third option is a personal license, which allows simulations for select refrigerants, and with few weather data locations. Registration is required. Manual renewal of the license is required after 12 months.

Obtain your personal license as follows:

• Download and install Pack Calculation Pro 5
• Start Pack Calculation Pro
  • If the registration window does not appear, press Help > Register… to open it
  • Press the button to obtain a Personal license:
    
• You’ll be directed to the MyCommerce Share-It website for completing your order
  • No payment information required.
    
• After having registered, you receive the activation instructions by e-mail.
