Pack Calculation Pro Reseller Program

Our reseller program is handled by MyCommerce Share-It. If you do not have a reseller account yet, you can sign up for one here. After signing up, please contact us at software-support@ipu.dk to activate your account and receive further information.

Ordering

Once your account is activated, you can log in as ‘Customer’ and go to Product Catalog to start selling Pack Calculation Pro to your clients.

Important: Please use the end-user contact information in the ‘Delivery address’ area, including the end-user e-mail address, to ensure the license is automatically generated with the correct details. The e-mail address is part of the generated license code, which means manual steps are needed if you do not use the end-user contact information, leading to delayed delivery to the end-user. We are investigating different solutions for the future to make this flow easier.

Request Quote

It is as of now possible to request a quote as well, which is valid for 14 days, and is sent to your registered reseller e-mail account, from where you e.g. can forward it to your end-user. The e-mail contains a link to complete the ordering process within 14 days.

Please observe again to check the “Delivery to a different address” option, and provide the end-user contact details, to ensure the license code is generated in the right name.

License types

As a reseller, you can order two license types:

• 1-year license with automatic renewal – ‘Pack Calculation Pro – Professional’
• 1-year license without subscription – ‘Pack Calculation Pro – No Subscription’

For both license types, volume discounts apply. Price increases may occur.

Delivery

The software can be downloaded from Pack Calculation Pro, or from a link in the order confirmation e-mail. No physical deliveries occur.

The license key is created ‘immediately’ when paying with e.g. credit card, while for wire transfers a processing time of several business days must be observed. The license key is also sent by e-mail, to the delivery e-mail address.

There are no maintenance or freight/handling fees.

End-user support
